TKF Telecom Goes Live with InnoVites cableERP as Part of Major Digital Transformation Program

The Netherlands/Poland—October, 2026—TKF Telecom has successfully gone live with InnoVites cableERP (April 2026) as part of a wider digital transformation program across its organization.

The project marks an important milestone in TKF Telecom’s transition from its legacy Navision system to a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. The move supports stronger integration between business processes, production systems, reporting, and operational decision-making.

The program was delivered in close cooperation between TKF Telecom’s internal teams and its implementation partners. InnoVites supported the project as the wire and cable industry expert partner, helping TKF Telecom make full use of the industry-specific functionality within cableERP. The InnoVites consulting team brought hands-on experience and a deep understanding of cable manufacturing requirements, ensuring the solution remained aligned with the realities of day-to-day operations.

During the project, TKF Telecom also made the strategic decision to move its fibre optic production from the Netherlands to Poland. This changed the focus of the implementation and added complexity to the program. The successful go-live reflects the agility and commitment of TKF Telecom’s Dutch and Polish key users, internal teams, and partners in bringing the project to completion.

“This project was not a straightforward system change. During the program, our business priorities evolved, including the move of fibre optic production to Poland, and that required flexibility from everyone involved,” said Michel Boerman, Project Manager at TKF Telecom. “InnoVites brought the cable industry expertise and hands-on support we needed to keep the solution aligned with the realities of our operations. Reaching go-live is an important milestone, and it gives us a solid foundation for the next steps in our digital transformation.”

With cableERP live, TKF Telecom has taken a significant step toward a more connected operating environment. The new setup supports improved integration, clearer reporting, and better alignment between ERP, manufacturing systems, and business intelligence.

“This go-live is the result of strong commitment from TKF Telecom’s teams and all partners involved,” said Albert Groothedde, CEO of InnoVites. “Our role was to bring deep wire and cable industry expertise into the project and help TKF Telecom get the best possible value from cableERP. We are proud of the trust TKF Telecom placed in our team and especially proud of the hands-on support InnoVites team provided throughout the journey.”

The successful go-live reflects not only a technology upgrade but also a major organizational effort. It required coordination across teams, systems, locations, and partners, with a clear focus on building a digital foundation that can support TKF Telecom’s future growth.

For InnoVites, the project is another example of how industry-specific ERP expertise can support cable manufacturers through complex transformation programs, especially when systems, production processes, and business priorities need to move together.
