Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy Mendix applications.
- Translate business needs into app features with stakeholders.
- Maintain Mendix app logic, UIs, data models, and integrations.
- Integrate Mendix apps with external systems and APIs.
- Customize apps with Java, JavaScript, or CSS when needed.
- Conduct testing, support UAT, and fix bugs.
- Document technical aspects of Mendix applications.
- Keep current with Mendix platform updates and best practices.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years Mendix app development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build & deploy Mendix solutions.
- Proficient in Mendix: domain models, microflows/nanoflows, UI, security.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Understands Agile principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Good at managing tasks and prioritizing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance understanding of key processes in the wire and cable industry.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and the technical environment to achieve optimal solutions.
- Hands-on implementation of CableERP (based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
- Manage end-to-end tasks including: project scoping, analysis, design, functional documentation, configuration, testing, mentoring/training, and go-live support.
- Assist in developing training materials.
- Ensure and maintain solution quality and functionality.
- Provide input for the CableERP solution roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with large-scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically manufacturing and distribution modules.
- Analytical mindset and organized work structure.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with face-to-face consulting abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Manufacturing, Distribution).
- An MBA in supply chain management or a bachelor’s degree in computer science would be advantageous.
