We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring Agile execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing external customer interactions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver highquality technology solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, product development processes, and external client coordination. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and love problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Project & Agile Management

• Plan, track, and execute IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring smooth execution.

Product Development Coordination

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI teams to define project scopes and requirements.

• Maintain and update product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure that development aligns with business and user needs.

• Assist in defining and tracking KPIs for project success.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between internal teams and external customers, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

• Gather customer requirements, provide updates, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate customer feedback loops to improve project outcomes.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Continuously refine and enhance project management processes.

• Maintain proper documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting notes.

• Research and introduce new tools or methods to optimize project execution. 

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidates with self-taught programming skills and strong project portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

• Passion for software development and UI/UX design is a must.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Management Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, Agile execution, or product development.

• Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).

• Experience using JIRA, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.

• Understanding of product lifecycle, development processes, and technical workflows.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

As an Industry Solutions Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to cable manufacturers, helping them improve productivity, streamline engineering processes, and accelerate their digital transformation journey. Initially, your focus will be on our cableCORE DesignCenter solution, supporting customers in cable design, engineering data management, and product development. Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indian cable manufacturing industry.

• Build strong relationships with engineering leaders, product managers, plant leadership, and executive stakeholders.

• Generate and qualify opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.

• Represent InnoVites at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. 

Solution Consulting & Sales

• Own the complete consultative sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and business requirements.

• Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and business value propositions.

• Prepare proposals, business cases, commercial quotations, and negotiate agreements.

Customer Success & Industry Advisory

• Advise customers on cable design, engineering data management, PLM, ERP, and manufacturing best practices.

• Collaborate with consulting and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in cable manufacturing, industrial software, engineering consulting, or digital transformation.

• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, product lifecycle management, manufacturing processes, or cable product development.

• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as PLM, ERP, MES, CAD, or engineering software is highly desirable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Professional working proficiency in Hindi to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders across India.

• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively across India and occasionally internationally.

Job Overview

As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will gain in-depth understanding of our target industry and master the modules that we developed for the wire and cable industry. You will take ownership of the InnoVites-specific modules in the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and be responsible for the effective cooperation with our partners worldwide.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to make sure the industry best practices are implemented at our customers'. You will need to be hands on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation.

Another key aspect of the role will be training and supporting multiple users of Dynamics 365 across the different end users you will be working with by running workshops and assisting with the training materials. 

Key duties and responsibilities include: 

 • Continuously enhance the understanding of key processes in our target market, the wire and cable industry

• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution.

• Hands-on in the implementation of CableERP, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O End-to-end tasks including:

    o Project scoping

    o Analysis

    o Design

    o Functional documentation

    o Configuration

    o Testing

    o Mentoring and training

    o Go-live support

• Assist in the development of training materials.

• Ensure and maintain quality and functionality.

• Provide inputs for the roadmap of our CableERP solution.

• Providing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations demonstrations

• Develop original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and  procedures

• Writing functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes

• Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed

• Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource change across projects.

• Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other InnoVites functional consultants.

• Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management. 

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 F&O in manufacturing and distribution modules.

• Analytical mindset and organised structure.

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to consult face to face.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Willing to travel abroad.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft certified in - Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Manufacturing, Distribution) would be advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s or Masters's Degree in any discipline.
